Skipping breakfast? Think again! Although different researches show different results on whether skipping breakfast is good or bad for your metabolism, one thing is for sure. The average person that is trying to lose or maintain weight will see benefits from eating breakfast. You will have more energy throughout the day, you will be less likely to eat big and calorie dense meals and feel less hungry overall. And when all those happen together, you tend to eat less and it gets easier to maintain a healthier diet. Still thinking about skipping breakfast?
Here’s an idea of a fun and packed in nutrients breakfast for you:
Soya yogurt (I prefer plain to avoid unwanted sugars)
Chia seeds and a bit of oats
For a bit more sweetness you may add 1 tsp of maple or dates syrup (totally optional)
