Like my friend Yoda said to the young Jedi to be, “You must unlearn what you have learned”. Seriously, think about it for a moment. If you’re not in the middle of process that works good, if you’re just starting, or things aren’t moving even though you’ve started a while ago, clearly you need to find another way (most likely there’s a good reason why it didn’t work).
Start from a clear page, learn your body from scratch. Pay attention to your present habits, write them down (I strongly recommend you to become good friends with writing down stuff at this point). Analyze your setting point. In order to see what’s not working, you need to see the whole picture first. Don’t be shy to seek for professional help on that one. The journey itself won’t be so easy, so why not letting someone to make it easier and more fun for you?
